MollieShea Stephens, Massage Therapist

Hi, my name is MollieShea Stephens. Yes, that’s MollieShea, one word, with a capital letter in the middle. I’m Irish, so my mom wanted my name to reflect that.
Although I was born in Houston Texas, I grew up overseas. My father works for an oil company in Saudi Arabia. I lived there until I was 15. As a kid I liked playing soccer and making paintings.
Traveling often as a child allowed me to experience other cultures first hand. Living in the Middle East has given me an appreciation for understanding different perspectives.
When I was 15, I attended a very small, Catholic, girls prep school in Monterey California. I played field hockey, practiced ballet, and went camping and hiking regularly.
My mother is from St. Charles, MO. For college, I chose to be nearer to family. I attended Webster University as a Studio Art Major with an emphasis in Print Making.
I graduated from Sanford Brown College in St. Peters with a degree in Western/Swedish massage in 2006. I have taken my Continuing Education courses at the Healing Arts Center in Maplewood.
I am certified in Trigger Point therapy, Deep Tissue bodywork and Myofascial Release. I have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association for more than three years.
I really love meeting new people, and helping them to understand how our bodies work. I am very lucky to enjoy my job so much. Working with people in order to help them feel better is a wonderful thing.
I love living in the Midwest. Besides work I bowl, take bike rides around Tower Grove Park, and try to see live music weekly.
I look forward to being your Massage Therapist. One of the best things about Chiropractic Care & Sports Rehab is getting to know all the people we serve. I can’t wait to meet you.
