“Chiropersonal Fitness” was created to help guide you to your fitness, nutritional, and exercise goals. Whether you’re a first timer, “vacationing” pro, or anywhere in between. One of the benefits of the program is to have you become your own nutritionist and personal trainer. You don’t need fancy equipment and a lot of money.
Dr. Gina is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and will use her post graduate study in exercise prescription and nutrition to lead you to a better you.

If you want to make a change you have to do something you aren’t doing and stop doing what’s not working. That’s where Dr. Gina comes in. She will help you figure out what will work for you and what changes need to be made to become healthy, fit and look better poolside.
Many patients over the years have asked her advice on nutrition, weight loss, exercise and stretching. She has enjoyed impacting this part of her patients’ lives in the small capacity that she has and now she’s ready to expand that help through… Chiropersonal Fitness.
What is Chiropersonal Fitness? It is her own brand of keeping us all in shape. Dr. Gina wants to go beyond chiropractic to provide you resources and opportunities for improving quality of life. Together you will address: Health history, Fitness Profile, Wellness Profile, Nutrition and Exercise.
What does Chiropersonal Fitness include?
Strength Training – Do you know what exercises are best for your body type or injuries you have had? Do you have the proper technique and form to be most effective and safe?
Cardiovascular Training – You will learn what type best suites you and how much you have to do to obtain the desired results.
Flexibility – To be fit you need a good mix of strength and flexibility. Dr. Gina will teach you the parts of your body that should be stretched, how to do it and for how long.
Nutrition –This might be the hardest part. You are what you eat! Without proper nutrition the other facets of fitness will go un-noticed. Do you know how to read a nutrition label? How many calories, carbs, proteins…should you eat a day?
Motivation – This Knowledge is power! What do you currently know now about any of the above? You will be your own expert after this program. is key to keeping you fit for life. It is what will separate you from the millions who begin a program and never stay with it.
Knowledge -The first and last examination will include height, weight, girth, bio-impedance, blood pressure, body composition, par Q, flexibility testing, strength testing, endurance testing, VO2 max BMI and labs if needed. Labs such as CBC, Chemistry Panel, UA, and EKG will have an additional charge and may be needed during the initial exam or re-exams.

What’s stopping you?
Time, kids, spouses, work, missing a limb, money…we all know them. This program will show you that making this change can occur in your own home, be affordable, convenient, effective and even fun.
When you start focusing on yourself, from the inside out, your outer appearance will improve. A puzzle with missing pieces is not as interesting to look at and can be quite frustrating to put together. To be fit you need all the pieces of the puzzle!
